Hello guy! Hope you doing fine. I've a transmission issue with my VW Tiguan 2.0 TSI 4 motion year 2011 with a DSG 7 inside. It never shifts over D2 and there is a wrench symbol blinking on the board. They told me that my mechatronic is dead and should be replaced but I've some doubt because sometimes after some setup by the mechanic with its diagnostique toolkit, everything works again for a short while. Please, may I have some advices from you, inbox ?

Can you actually repair mechatronic ? I thought when it becomes faulty, all you do is replace the mechatronic ? For my case, recently my mk5 gti gearbox sounds harsh when i switch gear from P to D or back to R; and when I idle on D gear the car seems to vibrate. After that, I got my gearbox check with the workshop. End up, my gear shaft is the problem and it damaged the mechatronic. The workshop suggests me to replace the whole gear dq250 from halfcut and do some coding and adaptation for my golf. Im no expert, hopefully when my car is done with the halfcut gearbox, it doesnt give me more problem
Super video. Am un passat b6 din 2009 la care eroarea este ca nu comunica cu TCM ul si nu porneste. Mufa era plina de ulei, am dat mechatronicul jos cu ajutorul filmuletului tau (multumesc mult) si nu stiu daca sa tai acel plastic si sa merg mai departe. Eu sunt din Bucuresti, ma poti ajuta tu? Multumesc frumos!

Hi Jax, I checked the resistance of my solenoids and got the same readings as all of your good solenoids. Does this mean they are ok, or are there other checks I can do on the solenoids before diving any deeper and cutting the cover off?

does anyone know why the vw 6sp dsg transmission has issues pulling out of first and going into reverse? I say pulling out of 1st as it seems the issues are mainly in those directions and not the reverse.

Am si eu o problema cu mecatronicul,dupa ce pornesc cu masina la drum,peste cativa km incep sa licareasca leterele in bord si se blocheaza cutia in viteze in care a inceput sa dea eroarea,binenteles pe masura ce franez ajunge in viteze 1 si ramane blocata acolo.Am fost la tester unde mi-a dat valva N216,care am si scimbat-o cu una noua. Am remontat mecatronicul am sters erorile cu ajutorul testerului si dupa ce am facut un test drive,am constatat aceasi problema valva N 216. Ce parere ai ? Multumesc anticipat !
hello, i have a problem in dsg at my MK5 1.9 tdi. Sometimes to change the gear from 3 to 4 or from 4 to 5 the RPM most jump to 3000-4000 RPM. Have you any idea where to look this problem. Everything else is working nice. Thanks in advance

Hello, great video! I have an oil leak from the round cable socket (inside – where the pins are) of the mechatronic unit of my 6 DSG. Is it because of oil overfill or because of some problem inside. Thanks in advance
