Most of his experiences add nothing of value to Life; they're just mindless entertainment, which ultimately distracts us from our main quests.

Probably won’t be a popular comment but I love routine and predictability. In my view a boring life is a great life. Nevertheless an interesting take on life.

Where was the creativity and innovation in this 20 minutes long talk? Other than a stadnup comedy it looks like.

Right. And when you're doing something you love, in the "flow" mental state, you lose track of time but you're completely engaged. It's a priceless feeling. When people say, "Time flies when you're having fun," it might be nice to stop them and remind them, no — time flies regardless, but we feel happier about it when we're living up to our potential.

Sorry, but not everyone can do that. And it is best to leave certain things to professionals.

obviously time bending like he describes it is not possible. but the idea he based his concept on i do agree with: it is not the time you bend it is just the memorys. you first have to understand what time is. time is just what we discover, as things do not happen at the same time, but time itself is neither linear or something else and what exists is only the moment. so if you discover the day you are living in the moment and that is probably even close to something linear but if you look back you are most likely to remember a few things that you have done and these are things that are something new or something interesting. something that you would remember. so you can either have memorys 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 or just a few like 1 2 3 4. what i am trying to say is, that if you now have more things happening that you are likely to remember and you look back you are seeing more things than compared to just a few memorys. -> and time is just that things are happening one after another so time looks like it has been longer just like the combination of the numbers 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 is longer than 1 2 3 4. this is the same thing you experience when the first few years of your live feel longer than the rest of your live. it is just because if you look back and add these things in a row it seems to be longer because in the first few years you have discovered more. but like he describes it, you can not bend time.
