for the first time I came to know that such a program is going in this in our country are after er from the NBA hmm site there's a national vote for hard mathematics from the its site I came to know that this this program is going and I got the news in details from my college I did my level Oh last year and while I applying in level oh I found a post arena in the know on a notice board of our college and from there I got the news in details this bro I got a lot of benefits from this program this is my second time in this program last year I joined it for the first time before joining last year my condition in mathematics was like that I have gathered a lot of informations but I till I feel that I not assimilate the those informations and again there are some problems some concepts were not so much concrete so I need a thorough review or a thorough treatment of the subject again that I got from the level Oh program and after attending level I got enough motivation to think about mathematics it helps me to promote my ability of thinking so I have joined level one again I would definitely prefer my genius to join this program because the name of the program is mathematics training and Talent Search Search program but basically it is motivating thinking and talent of students so I would definitely prefer them and they get a totally different ground to learn in totally different way there are teachers try to teach you as deep as possible and you also think in a more better way and whatever you can and this is an this gives you a better future in a normal classroom teaching the teachers trust say some questions and she starts doing something but we hardly find what you exactly we are doing we just she write something and we also write that thing we don't never we never hardly hardly think that what exactly we are doing but after coming to Mt Diaz we definitely know yeah but exactly what you are doing we know hereafter why we are doing the next step and why we did the initial step in this way it is very good to understand the complete concept and they it also increases your imagination power and also give your leads to a good future every time when we were given with a question or we were provided a time means we were free to think and mean so they asked us to think and they just did not give us the proof they made us to write the proof think a lot the thing and then we arrived at the proof so I think our thinking ability means it helped to improve our thinking ability I can just give an example when we prove we had a proof of a composition of functions and when we have we were provided with the composition functions is on two and we were asked to verify what about the individual functions say G and F in that case which we just did not verify the results we proved we means we ourself are derived and at the proof by getting a condition it was it was not like they have given us the proof and video we verified that we derived the Kavi thought and we derived the condition in the same way which the proof has been added so this by this we understood means how scientists or as mathematicians derive the proof not just knowing something and arriving verifying the results but we think and we do the the proof and really arrive at the conclusion the emptiest way of doing mathematics is quite different than what we do in our normal classes in classes we get D theorem we do the proofs it's good enough but here we come to our conclusions we try to prove our results try to think more than what has already been done in the class and that's good and then I I really like doing it this way and I think for a good mathematical future you will need to derive things by yourself think of more concepts and things and that's how we do it here and I love it I never felt like leaving MTTs and I think no one feels like leaving MTTs and at any point of time everything's goes on with a good pace and the pace that allows you to think a lot the pace is quite I mean it's good for students who want to think more and it's good for students who are not being able to catch up with the pace that's going on in the class and and I don't think anyone is bad at doing mathematics everyone is good at doing mathematics I think come to him anyone who comes to mtg's can think the way people should think to do mathematics and you are being motivated to think that way so I think it's good yes teacher our teachers do ask us a lot of questions while proving a result and something and actually asking a question it's like clearing our concepts more deeply and they ask us a lot of questions while proving a result or something and when we prove a result whether completely or partially they actually ask us what actually we do and how we actually arrive at that answer and while explaining to them we actually found out how confident we are with with our solution and our teachers actually prompt us and actually push us to the limit so that we can perform at our best level and I'm thankful to them that they actually push to us our limits so that we can achieve at the best level and this is it my openness that I was benefited through every day's because many friends of different regions came here so we were all together we we have a wonderful experience because we share many habits we share a culture of different region religions so empty days in not only about learning maths but it is a learn it is about learning many things we learnt habits of different people we can improve ourselves we can know different people we can know different religions so I think so empty tears helped me a lot in improving overall because I also improved my personality the MTTs program installs a lot of confidence inside you because the main objective of this program is basically to let everybody think on their own and develop their own solutions because of the freedom of thinking that we get here we can all think on our own and basically if you all arrive at the solutions on our own and that that makes you think that you did it on your own that's why it was so important and this questions don't seem so hard after you get the solutions on your own so that is the basic thing in the teachers help us a lot in giving us the right path to think in the right right hints on in the right occasions so we get to answer the questions properly best thing about MTTs is our teachers they are helpful very much helpful not even not even the class but after the class also they are very helpful they like each and every concept Joma class nice image ayah they have does in after the class outside the campus anyway they helped us so they are very much helpful and that the best thing i think so my name is one-stop before coming here I did not study very much I read about 2 hours 3 hours but not too enough as my question is 6 hours so after coming here I am very much it took me about a week to get used to the methodology used in MTTs the most difficult aspect cope with was that my basics weren't too good but the teachers were really helpful so they helped me get through that if I were a faculty in this program it it would have been really difficult for me because the amount of pains that these teachers take to generally attempt and solve every one of the questions and doubts that every student has it takes a lot of patience as lot of effort and everyone needs to have a lot of knowledge for the doubts that have been cleared by the teachers here so I would say I would have been lucky but I would have regretted later if I was a director of the program then I would have increased the discussion or basically our discussion or is half an hourly only only in the morning session so I would have increased this from half an hour in the morning and half an hour in the evening so that which we can discuss properly and I am satisfied with combinations are they are directing it very properly I think definitely it should race to so many students because it's very helpful to all of us and that teaching manner is also so good means after that after teaching every topic they provide us they give us some minutes to discuss it and the after discussion or we get we are getting a lot of profit here so I think it should reach to most of the students they are not getting the proper education in their universities I took almost five to six days to understand them into the low G of M TTS in our university they don't think teachers the way the m tts professors teachers they used to we used to mock up the theorems in our university and called s but here the teacher go through the proof step by step and this I think this is the good method and our university should also adopt this I will recommend this program to my juniors because they will know how to think and how to approach for a problem not only just trying the problem but to get the exact method how to solve it and the teachers will be always at the back of us and helping us and making us to think in a correct proper way and in which way we will approach the problem and it will be useful for everyone not only for my juniors for every one I suggest them to come for him TTS program at least to learn to think how to think and the professor's here are like too good they will help us all the time first the best thing that I have learned from this program is that you should think simple and you should think clear after coming here I have liked my thinking has changed totally I have started to think very clear and very simple it is only the complex things are just made up of small small simple things so if you are clear with the simple things will easily get the complex things that is the best thing I've learned from program and it's been absolutely beneficial sessions in the MTD s is so nice and individual thinking is so different and when we are in our colleges and all we just mostly spoon-feed it but here we are free to think and we are get enough time to think whatever we can in your mind so if after coming this a feels that I can also think and I can also do the problems in a very interactive way that's the most benefit I got and I can explai explai I can do this for any subject and it helps a lot for me over here it's a lot different from classroom classroom learning because in classroom usually teachers teaches the theorem they all state the theorem and they will derive all the proof but over here they make us guess each and every step so it's a lot different and we are able to derive our own proofs so that makes this most more that makes maths more interesting and we are able to we are able to guess things and do things by ourselves yes absolutely I believe that the way the teachers have trained us here has given us more understanding of the subject and rather than just learning like how professor cumulation says verifying the proof we learn to actually build the proof on our own so yes it gave us confidence that it is not just the result of mathematicians that's been passed through the ages but something that has followed naturally and that can be done with just knowing the concepts properly and building upon it yes the teachers were helpful they always offered support wherever you were stuck and but they were never over helpful and I think it was for a good reason because most of the time even if I happen to fail and the teacher told me the answer I still felt that I should have been able to do it on my own so coaxing me to just think a little more giving a little more hint and all helped in actually getting the answer and the joy of getting an answer on your own proving some a result on your own I think it's unmatched so yes the teachers helped in a very right way the mathematics in our classrooms is slit thought of to be just a pack of theorems and results this was the first notion which was shattered when I came to MTTs like it wasn't just a bunch of theorems like every theorem we've shown that every theorem had a motivation towards it and not just because some great mine thought about it it just came into existence so like we were asked a string of questions so that we like invented each theorem in the classroom rather than just the prove what was stated so this helped us in conjecturing results rather than just trying to prove some the first time I came to MTTs I was shy I found it difficult to get along with other students in my group but I've been attending empty tears for the past three years this is my third year at MTTs so like this has helped me like to improve my personality like to get along with others we have group discussions starting from the third week onwards I mean in fact like sorry from the first day so this group discussion has helped me interact with a wide range of students from different parts of the country so I get to know them it has made me come out with my opinions about things so it does not just help me discuss mathematics rather get to know them their lives and their personalities so it isn't about mathematics but it's improving your personality as a whole asking frankly it was very tough before coming to MTTs this was my first time when I came to m2ts I was really scared about how to cope up how the people from all over the country are going to come and we're going to interact with each other but the moment I came in it was a very very safe atmosphere teachers made the things very very comfortable for us yes coming here was some learning something very new learning how to approach mathematics is actually we're alone from MTTs in our classrooms just putting dubbing the theorems into our minds but here clicking up the things at a very right moment or something that I learned from MTTs proceeding towards your theorem step by step and the thinking level helped us to proceed and develop more in mathematics we got to know that every theorem and all the scientists and mathematicians who have come up with new concepts have a purpose behind it was not something a dream come true they had worked a lot and finally we reached to a further proof we could actually see the diagrammatical representations how they came up why were they formed why this method was followed and else and the rest is just endless so coming to MTTs was really great fun I learned a lot of things it's going to help me live on in my career for mathematics frankly speaking it took me 2 to 3 days to get comfortable with the zone because here the biggest thing that I learn is just getting the things into your mind and not writing them on books and closing the brains at all we just use to grab up the things into our mind store them and then try to reproduce our own proofs teachers really helped us a lot they didn't help us in putting like giving the proof and we just putting you know on our sheets and everything but everything was that he they explained us the process of how to think how to proceed writing is not important thinking is the first and foremost thing that is important for MTTs so I really thank MTTs I thank professor Kumar Sanu is arranged all this program really very thankful to him of course because we are a few people who are enjoying the real fruit of mathematics if all the teachers get this training then they would all of the students will get this for real fruit of mathematics but we are not students but we will be future as a teachers so we will give really of real fruit of mathematics to all of the students director of MTTs is a head of our Institute I came to know through him and I was very happy that I came to know about mathematics training and Talent Search section because before coming to MTS I felt that this is some other training program which teaches me some mathematics some jargons of mathematics and makes me in a dilemma whether I understood the concept or not I think I thought that this program leaves me in such a state of dilemma and showing me the mirror of my understanding but after coming to mts I realized that this program has helped me a lot in clearing my concepts to the peak and giving me a saturated level of perfection in at least the fields which I can understand as a basic student I'm very thankful to the director and all the faculty members and also the faculty members who helped me in clearing all the silly doubts which I had and also helping me to attempt read tougher questions in a much easier way and looking in a simpler perfect-perfect you than a tougher ones the program has reached its pinnacle but one more thing which we can do in the program is going out to the schools and colleges and where the no education no proper education is given and like villages going into the villages and searching for it great stuff which is found in the students and encouraging them monetarily I think this is the best we can do and actually the program is done doing a lot to the students reaching out to them and teaching him everything which is needed for a student to be a better mathematician session was very much interactive we learned lots of things we never talked in the group discussion do you think we have never done so this was the first time we have come across such a group discussion interaction with teachers we never come across like this so we we learned lots of things from here and discordia initially we used to we used to just see the theorems and are just a proof but Naomi never goes across such a interaction we never think the how the from first step we come to second steps how the proofs are done and who discovered it so this was a very nice program my name is MIA Monza I have done all three levels of MTTs level 0 level 1 level 2 after my second second year BSC 30 obse and finally obviously respect and part 1 respectively in the u.s. 2006 7 & 8 I think the program is inspiring it is very helpful it improves your understanding thing it encourages students it's motivating the the system of the program is where you don't learn so many new things as much as learning things you've previously done in several points of views and in several different ways that enhances your understanding it strengthens foundations it also teaches you new things that you had a notice the first few times you read it it gives you the importance of redoing something over and over again because it is so important it helps you practice and it motivates you to do things all by yourself and it makes you independent and it grounds you for your future irrespective of whether you continue in maths or not and it definitely improves your teaching skills with all the seminars and all the practice sessions the assignments teach us how to write properly and the teachers are very patient they're very encouraging they're very forthcoming they know every student every students handwriting to that extent they will know the students weaknesses strengths and they know exactly how to handle each student independently individually every year you're in you're out I think Mt Diaz has helped me a lot individually it helped me it motivated me to continue and I'm continuing I'm going to do my PhD at University of Wisconsin I'm leaving in two weeks and we're MTTs was one of the best things that happen for my academic listening
