Siebel CRM Innovation Pack 2016 Release Overview



we are proud to announce the release of Siebel CRM innovation pack 2016 this extensive release is jam-packed of new features and innovations there are many new features to improve user experience and mobile productivity such as simplified search mobile calendars mobile contacts sync and of course the new Siebel mobile 2.0 application for Android new cross-industry open UI portals are also available and specific enhancements expand product functionality for life sciences and clinical trials management the release sees big improvements in business agility developers gain from a new more collaborative user experience with Siebel tools workspaces and we've continued our development of Siebel Composer also introduced is the powerful application usage pattern capture feature which allows you to track and analyze absolutely any event you want in the Siebel application the Siebel integration framework is also enhanced with a new restful api in parallel to the new release we've also launched the availability of Siebel CRM on the Oracle cloud platform so now a Siebel CRM application deployments can run just as easily on-premise or on cloud our development experts will now introduce some of the highlights partner commas starting ip6 we are no longer supporting high interactivity and standard practical applications as a result we converted was some of the standard interactivity apps such as the customer resales he marketing to open UI and also we have added palmer's flows to partner portal so we'll walk through some of the slides pointing to what is the new capabilities we have done so as in partner commerce when partner portal was first introduced back in 1913 and what we have done in IPA 16 is we have added the Commons close to the partner application it is mobile friendly so which essentially the entire application can be run on a smartphone or on a tablet along the way we have made some usability changes that boulonnais helped us not just in partner commerce but across our entire application suite we're provided responsive field labels which essentially would provide cleaner input fields by showing field labels within the input box until a value is entered we have simplified our search by allowing a single field search on these tablets which enables users to search with or without a value in the search by drop-down so essentially you just have to type in your criteria in the search column and it will actually search against all available columns on a list applet which can be system and provides your list of Records that you can choose from we have also introduced made significant enhancements to tiles and which lets you essentially few things that are available today 30:16 is the multiple visual visualization designs that are available with tiles and and you will see it right through the application where this is exposed it also we have also made sure that the tiles is touch aware and orientation aware and we have enabled multi select of tiles as well so it reflects no tiles has been used extensively in all of our applications and this these usability enhancement is going to make it much more easier to you we have introduced a optimized checkout process the entire shopping cart has been redesigned in Nike 16 and it's for partner as well as for sales we have introduced it and it does provide the users right from browsing of the catalog all the way through to checkout it provides a streamlined experience we have provided a single page checkout as well which enables users to go through non selecting of a contact through the address and also their billing capabilities in one screen he fails does include all of the commerce clause that I spoke about in partner portal and beyond that we also have a improved my accounts view which lets users to look at their my coats orders and and accompanies we have enabled both be to be e self and be to see for yourself so it lets users to look for their own quotes and orders and also that company's calls and orders redesigned the home page that enables users to go through to look at all the catalogs and categories that are available along with the products that make emarketing again a new application that we are ported to open UI where you have marketing offers that can be looked up and the details of the offers are available from where you can actually go into this through to the shopping cart and you know buy the product so all of these are integrated what the shopping cart experience has been integrated into all these applications it also my marketing also lets users actually download product information and request for a call from from a sales rep so we have provided all of those capabilities along with capturing any responses for or users who who does come in and click on any of the links self-service sub service has already been part of you know open UI for a while we now have completed self-service with support for communications and automotive verticals and also enhanced the my account views where users can actually go in and take a look at all of their use of Francis II customer it is with allows companies to market sell and serve their customers for he says II marketing and self-service essentially it's a combination of all of these three apps again all of these apps have been mobile friendly we have ensured that it does work on a smart phone and on a tablet we starting IP 16 for field service mobile we have introduced a new team called Sante which is primarily based on on a slow we're in we're in a field service technician who travels from customer locations travels from one customer location to another performing jobs it enables him to do with daily jobs by looking at his activities on a calendar we have integrated Maps into into our calendars he can then go on to accept it's his job and once he sits on the side it lets him to go in and update the tasks by providing a timeline view where which essentially lets him to say you know when he is starting on a particular task and when he completes on a particular task it captures all of those activities he has the ability to attach human images and any videos that along the way where he is replacing a part into into it into his mobile device and then it lets him actually to generate a service report so that he can show it to the customer to let them know what are all the activities he has performed after which he can generate an invoice and get a signature from the customer and also we have provided this functionality and both on connected and disconnected clinical as part of clinical we have introduced subject transfer which lets you know subjects we transfer from one study site to another we also introduced satellite sites for tracking all of the sites under a parent site and we have introduced report versioning including locking of the trip report was the approval a lot of these capabilities will have been enhanced since IP 15 and clinical along the way so the next few slides I'm actually gonna take you all under the hood of what's happening behind the scenes you know for all the applications and different capabilities that are available for us customers to essentially use and enhance beyond what we have done out of the box or tailor their application to your business needs in the area of customer experience a lot of the things that we have done are directly you know from from feedback that we've received from our partners from you know you as our customers and also from the field who are you know customizing and using open UI on a day to day basis so some of these things will sound familiar to you if you've either implemented customize it yourself or 100 and you know we have now enabled this out of the box but if all in the after 2016 release so greedy mentioned a feature called responsive input fields where we have engineered this nifty feature where labels occupy little space as little space as possible so we are optimizing the real estate available so we can go from desktops to tablets to phones and easily and what this really does is the labels are tucked away with in the input field itself until a value is entered and then they find space to display themselves above in context of the input that has been entered so this is available by default across the board on all applets and obviously options turn them off or also available this is something that we've seen a lot of our customers actually implement in the IB 14 after 15 releases that have been out so far and looking at the value drawn from that as a feedback of you see we've decided to prioritize this so the feature is actually pretty simple the list applets really take as much space and it needs to display the records that that is returned as returned by the server yeah five records it takes the enough space for showing all five or if you have only one it shows only one and obviously it is the max height of that is set to the default number of rows that have the second figure out of or customized as you see necessary so this is again enabled by default across the entire application so you'll see this uplift happen through all the applications that you use responsive tiles is another thing which was a framework enablement but you've seen in screenshots of this across the various applications that give is just walk through pretty much every implementation of tile it becomes consumer facing or partner facing application and including employee facing applications that leverage tiles tiles visualization get get responsive behavior which is they are touch aware they are orientation aware and adjust accordingly whether it is for scrolling or for displaying the number of Records it is smart enough to itself based on the environment and the bomb factor that is running in and again enable by default across-the-board and since we are now focusing on open UI as the only UI option will also replace the people online help so that it is tailored and centered around open UI capabilities and essentially cleans up the size.i artifacts that we had prior to in Prior releases we also have a set of developer features this is again a lot of lot of this again is from feedback from prior releases that we have gotten from customers and partners we've introduced a heartbeat framework which allows allows you to whitelist certain methods or certain actions that the server and the client are talking about or essentially exchanging to determine if they should be they should impact the session timeout or not for example notifications notifications constantly poll for new role indications from the client to the server and we certainly don't want them in certain cases to be resetting your session timeout and you know as a result forcing your sessions not time on ever so that has been implemented and available out of the box we also introduced this very advanced developer feature again this is a you know I'm gonna underline a highlight the word advance because this this has significant impact it's not done correctly but what this really does it gives the ability to overwrite renders and logic that we ship out of the box so for example if you need it to replay every list app right across the board with the custom list applet that one of your developers may have written you can hardly likely 2015 you wouldn't have been able to do that but now at IP 16 you could do a global overwrite which will replace every single athlete by a single record entry in the application and as you can imagine it is you know it is great power but with that comes great responsibility as well so use caution one of the other things that we got a feedback on from customers as well is how we version and having tagged our JavaScript and a static content so we are now we have untold I believe 15 we were tagging all the static content up until the IP version so it was either $15 or 14 dotto and now we've gone to the passive version so that when you go from pasture to pasture you don't have to ask your end-users to refresh their cache or delete their reset the browsers in order to because the latest content the inherent nature of how we version our content pushed or forces a refresh of the browser cut above from the cache as when you go from pasture to pack that a lot or at least this is the exposition half value that we knew internally in the framework but we felt would be helpful for developers as well so essentially what what we're doing with the last bullet point here is displaying what type of caching is in play when you're hitting a particular view or you know a particular screen in the application there are different types of caching that happens caching can happen on the server side caching can happen on the browser side in some cases they may be no caching at all and knowing that will help developers understand if the you know essentially double shoot response time issues of performance issues that you may be encountering in environments we've mentioned it a couple of times now but I think worth highlighting it again with IP 2016 there is only one UI and and it is open UI so you know all of the hie SI or high interactivity and standard implacability artifacts have been removed from the application anything that is pertaining to hrsa in documentation or any any other artifact have been removed as a result we have been able to cut the footprint of the application significantly making installation easier it removed parameters and see if g file or CD parameters to do main configuration easier so a lot of the simplification has happened and we've also optimized our static content like JavaScript and CSS and web templates so that they are language independent so that your management of those on the web server becomes simpler as well so a lot of simplification games as a result of focusing and honing in on one browser of 1 UI option with 15.3 last year we announced significant performance improvement in the open UI framework obviously it's been a journey 15-degree saw the saw the the biggest jump when you know speaking specifically but our Internet Explorer but with IP 16 we further assume that to gain to essentially pull some more gains out of the in our D initiative at this point with IP 2016 when when a user logs in for the first time and what we call that a cold log in a cold log in downloads 50% less JavaScript files and what the overall content also the overall buttons been a file size that gets transferred over the wire it's also 50 percent lower because of some optimizations that we have done to the framework itself so this results in net games for logging times especially in a cold logging times but also one blocking times you know as users use the as well this is just another I guess the visual of what one of the features that Gary's mentioned again enable out-of-the-box across all applications so starting IP 13 I believe we expose in line searching capabilities in all list applets and based on customer feedback we implement this capability where you could search in both ways you could search in you know in the traditional way that we've been doing so far where you specify what field we want to search on and then the search criteria that'll give you you know the targeted one field search or you could leave the search by or in a search field empty and just give the search text and the infrastructure will go off and search on all fields that are enabled for searching so both options are available and you know we could this could be this enabled by default across across the entire application and can be you know this the choice of using one or the other can be customized as well but overall search has been significant focus for other 90 2016 we revamp the entire search module in in Siebel to essentially you know to essentially get to a single field search model so right now in the indiana 2016 application searches whether you do find objects or you do you know like a OS vs oracle FCS in generally do any other engine out there i you have one plate search and we have we call with a single field search and with IP 2016 we have the ability to plug and play as many engines or any engines that we want we are a plug-and-play framework that we have enables so searching and the engine that you want for searching is now a choice that you can make and easily integrate that engine in the application and take advantage of things like Piper heads and condensing and saving the last five searches but I think the most important feature here is how we display the search results we've got a lot of feedback from customers on how we how we did in Prior versions of open UI and now we are making the search results a talk about pain it can be undocked and resized and things like that but you see the search results does not disturb the main views that the user is working on so they can they can have the search results on a dockable pane and navigate through the application independently and you know close the paint if not require or minimize the pain if the data is if the main viewer needs to get more focus over the socialism so a lot of these a lot of a lot of these features are enabled out-of-the-box and available and because we are we have enabled the plug-and-play framework for engines we have a sample plugin or a sample adapter that we've written for the elastic search engine and we are going to make that available on github so you could use that as a stub or an example to plug in your own engine of choice into the single field search and open UI some screenshots off on the right hand side you can see some screenshots of things like timer heads the search results pane and so on and so forth now the next few slides we got to talk about contact center features primarily around contact center optimization desktop integration has been a long-standing ask for open UI and given the info given this the principles behind how we design and build open UI desktop integration was a challenge but we did solve some of those things using Java on the browser in Prior releases but as many of you may be aware Java on browsers have been deprecated as of early last year and earlier this year we actually launched what we call desktop integration Siebel agent or short form visa which essentially provides all the capabilities that we had in the Java based solution which is I think we had in LAN attachment reading and CDI Hotelling I believe but we and but what we've done is we've made this a framework we've made this a standard framework using static space technology so we are using WebSockets here which is an up and coming standard and and we are we have provided four features out of the box but we are also incrementally adding features more and more but not only that we are making that customizable or extensible framework so if we have six features that means the power out of the box for desktop integration you have a seven that you want at the bridge that is very specific to your use case you can use the extensibility framework available with the IP 2016 release to add that feature on to Tisa so as I mentioned earlier business was already released a couple of months ago but with IP 2016 we're getting the accessibility framework and we're getting additional language support and a lot more additional features added to DISA and we got incrementally added so Lisa is gonna on a monthly release cycle as opposed to a yearly release cycles so every month you gonna see a new version of these are being released with additional features or capabilities added incremental e early this year as well we released an outlook plug-in that enables drag-and-drop of emails attachments or a combination of the two directly from Outlook into open UI this obviously was a feature that was available in not inherit shy applications and was not available in in open UI the metal because of the nature of the integrations that was required and as a result we have now released the words and agnostics add-in to Outlook that you can deploy today and use it against IB 13 and 14 that B 15 are likely 16 it really doesn't depend on what zebra version you're running it is purely a standalone outlook plug-in that enables this plant this feature to be available for open UI in general again it is Windows only on the theme of contact center we have been a based on requests and feedback from a lot of our customers we have added additional notification capabilities for CDI so up until 16 incoming CTI call or a chat request would do a couple of things it would blink the browser title and it would bring the taskbar where the browser is browser is visible customers wanted a more obvious and a more you know visual way of notifying end-users of incoming call requests the chat requests and as a result we have leveraged another new standard called web notifications to enable visual notifications to be displayed even if the Siebel browser or the browser running the Siebel application is minimized or it's not the primary window that's open at the moment so a notification window pops up at the bottom right hand corner and tapping on that takes takes the user directly to the CTI page or the communication panel to accept or reject the call that that's coming in web notification is is a standard space you know feature not all browsers support that natively today while Fox does and chrome does ie 11 does not support it but D'Oench has a plan to support it IE or the new edge browser window centers have a plaintiff supported so there are some limitations for you know which browsers actually supports this but we are looking at an option to find a way to enable this on IE as well i 11 as well so stay tuned for that at this at this moment it is native if the browser natively supports of notifications this we'll work communication panel we got some feedback as well that in a prior releases because the communication panel would always be talked to the light you know customers wanted the ability to be able to talk to you know if done anywhere in the UI and that flexibility has been added it can be overridden or defaulted system preferences but end users at the end of the day have the ability to talk to their area of choice and some extra customization capabilities for the CTI toolbar as well to add custom buttons and custom functions as required by in equation and to close off on the contact center features we have now native integration with Genesis chat we've been working with them for whatever time to make sure that we have that consistent look and feel and you know using the communication panel using the Siebel open UI UI as such but really be using the Genesis chat server in the background to make that an option it's available on IP 14 and IP 15 as well but again you know more a back-end integration to the front and UI that we have an okapi the next few features are going to be around mobility we started off with a faceless for the Siebel calendar but also added a whole bunch of additional capabilities to make the Siebel calendar you know I guess more modern and more more relevant to calendaring apps that we see today our current capabilities of it today things like attendee tracking and complex recurring events and multiple alarms or things that are features that were added you know more recently and we enhance the people calendar to become those features natively in the Siebel application as well but not only that we've taken that and exposed a CalDAV interface to the civil calendar to be able to put this evil calendar on any caldez compliant client whether it is on a Mac in a Canada rack or on iPad Calendar app or on Android calendar app you know using a calendar or using a Cal dev plug-in any app that supports Cal deaf as a coloring calendaring option can now connect to Siebel calendar we have the calendar Cal dev interface and it's a two-way integration so end-users would simply manage their calendar in their you know in the smartphone or in their iPads and not only have to go back to the simple UI – – to tweak it or change it the two-way synchronization ensures that the two calendars are kept in sync similar to how you how you would have you know multiple you know Gmail account or a yahoo account you know on top of your work work calendar on your iPhone's when we talk about Cal dev and we expose a calendar on on on a mobile device we need contacts as well you know we need to be able to invite people we need to be able to schedule meetings with contacts that we know and as a result we've also exposed the Siebel contact data we are card Def and as many of you may be aware I OS and Macs and androids have native support for Cardiff and you know as long as you have a card F compliant app Siebel contacts can now be exposed and it is with the IP 2016 release there is a one-way sync going on but but with passage 1 we're going to enable a two-way synchronization as well so that way your contacts as well can be contact as well as a calendar can be managed primarily on your on your mobile devices if that's the that's the place where can you use it the most further mobility we invested further in in the district and mobile platform so we now have Android support for the Siebel mobile app we also invested in a load of the cost of ownership and cost of development for disconnected applique so we changed we enhance the programming model for disconnected from an asynchronous model to a synchronous model that that's simplifying how you would customize or write code for discuss capabilities and the coding now is almost almost identical to how you would do for for open UI and we've also provided an out-of-the-box porting tool which essentially takes a script or you know server like scripting that has been done and force them over into disconnected scripting to make that transition a lot easier again you know not everything the work on the server can work on a disconnected client so there are there are you know API that will be blacked out over doing the migration but this to grossly simplifies the effort needed to take a server-side script that has already been written and working and make that available under this matrix client as well and we've added things like single sign-on support to enable more modern way of deploying applications super remote itself hasn't changed significantly in its capabilities but what we've done is we've replays the database that reduces at the meet with Oracle database XE until now we were using sequel anywhere and that has been replaced with Oracle database XE Siebel tools use this Oracle database XE as well in starting with IP 15 and going into a T 16 as well for you know chicken check-ins and checkouts but remote primarily has one database option at this point which is Oracle database vaccine we we made the installation of the XE artifacts and the actual database very simple in fact seamless when you install the remote client everything happens in the background and you won't even notice the difference but I think more importantly you know we've removed all the third-party dependencies and we have provided we have out of the box you're providing capabilities so that you could have multiple databases and we're providing a tool to be able to switch to be in a local database in a sample database on a single machine this is important because the local databases or sample databases are always you know the perfectibility always remains so mainly and under the covers replacement of the database simple remote on the surface or its capabilities nothing really changes it's with more technology update for simple quarter harding's is has gone through some additional changes as well we have now removed the need for a back end shots over completely and relying on open UI for charting capabilities a lot of digital chart chart renderers have been added in IP IP 2016 and and the underlying server infrastructure to be able to provide the right data for a chart to render you know holistic holistic information has also also been implemented and leveraged by the charting module so that building a chart is now a matter of literally configuring a little tablet and putting a chart render or on top of it and you get you get charged a very very simple way of visualizing data via charts the next few slides are primarily around business agility and more deeper developer level features this has been a process of beams that we've been working on for quite a bit now and very happy to announce that this is now available and when I say this is really Siebel CRM on Oracle public cloud so we have three images available on Oracle public cloud one one instance for a database only another one for mcteer's only another one as a demo instance so you could spin up an instance really quickly and you know test test drive it and see how it works or runs on the Oracle public cloud so we have three minutes available right now you could go into the cloud or nautical calm and go to the marketplace and see the options available there right now but really it a window of opportunity for us and for you to lower your costs to take advantages of the cloud while still you know keeping your Siebel licenses in your people functionality in that and essentially migrating from you know incremental migrating your deployment from from your own IT infrastructure into the Oracle public cloud and take advantage of things like high availability and disaster recovery and things like that which come natively with the cloud offering that also provides we announced application usage pattern tracking back at open world and I think the day after open world we actually released it as generally available solution and really even IP 2016 we have taken that and added a few more additional capabilities this model this slide is the same that we had in a dolphin world and I'm sure many of you have seen this but I think you know going to the going to the next few slides I can talk about what we've done beyond that so for IP 2016 we actually have pre-built reports that we have built on obiee and we are actually shipping those artifacts as part of the product so you could use that as a starting point if you're using obiee to to essentially have a starting point for your reports and then you could you know build on top of that or customize it to suit your needs so we're actually shipping the RPD files you know with the product but obviously we recognize that not everybody would be using obiee so we actually have the option of you know I guess the option of having the raw data is still there where you have you know the you be here or data available to you to import into any analytics engine of your choice and make that available if we use this internally ourselves for our own development activities so you know we are essentially making that available to to all of you simple upgrades and IRM have again moved forward with more table we have now been added upgrade paths and incremental reporting emerge options for 16.0 but we have done some simplification of how we do data server configuration more and performance improvements and optimizations that we could we could implement to squeeze out some more times that you know iron takes to to run primarily because of other things that we've done and I'm going to talk about a little bit but I think in the context of usage pattern tracking we will implement this feature where we take usage pattern tracking data and data that's coming from IRM and put them together to get some really interesting data and let me talk about what what I mean by that so this graphic here kind of represents what we're trying to do here so when you run IRM to upgrade to 16 let's say for IP 15 2016 I am actually now provides raw data to say these are the objects that I RM through its process modified or created new as a result of the merge process we also have if you are between 15 dots in a 5 or higher and running upto or taking advantage of EPT you have UPT data to say these are the you know 50 views in the application that your end users are actually using in the system we are not providing the ability you know we are reports and be a native tooling that we've provided to bring these two pieces of data together and look at the intersection of the data and the intersection is the most valuable piece because the intersection space off the 50 views that that we are actually using and you know looking at the data that is that IRM actually changed or touched the intersection would say these are the 10 views that really need to be tested because these 10 will are being used and we're also modified so as a result you can now hone in and you can zoom in on what you need to test precisely with real data to back it up rather than make a guess as what you put in you to test or err on the side of safety and test everything so this this module available out of the box in wins the report with the necessary pre-built reports and ie enabled that that intersection to to essentially reduce the cost of testing or both up greatest things you want to call it that and you know make that finite element as opposed to test everything so a really cool feature we have done within a we run upgrades internally ourselves as part of our testing and also as part of you know other initiatives that we do and we have several reports that has actually been an eye-opener to us because we've looked at the data and and you know been able to get a lot of valuable information out of that that is very helpful I'm sure it'll help you as well picking up this features and taking advantage of it so you know this is really the last four slide really talked about you BT our rhesus pattern tracking the irn enhancements and how they two are coming together and IP sixteen to add additional value to to reduce the cost of what you would have done in anyways this next feature which is simple tools on workspaces it's really the driver behind all the IRM fine-tuning or performance improvement that we're doing because what we've done is we've been able workspaces which which in very simple words is source control management for the repository so here if you use github but if you use this we energy use clear case for any part of your development you already know what the source control management you know processes are the world the concept of versioning the concept of rebasing or delivery or or even worded tips all of these are standard sort of management concepts which we are now brought into Siebel tools to manage Sleeper repositories so with workspaces we actually get the ability to have developers and boxes all together on a single instance so that developers can multiple developers can modify the same objects at the same time without sitting over each of the stores and also can compare what they're doing or share what they're doing with each other very easily because we don't have to worry about sips or other mechanisms to share that information all the information is in a central place and that central you know management of the repository and a version repository it's very important because that provides the ability to add governance it adds the ability for you know your IP departments or your DBA is to ensure that we have the right level of backups and the right level of security and things like that that make you know that improve these aspects you know inherently and that's really what workspace is all about by but most importantly workspaces is actually a key building block for simple composure which is which is an active project for us that we're working on and because we are managing the Siebel repository and we doing merges and rebates and things like that we are inherently or you know behind the scenes using IRM for all of those activities so as a result a faster meaner leaner IRM is a what the necessity for us and all of those advantages have trickled on or cork you know again cumulated on to the overall IRM solution to give you benefits for upgrades as well so it's almost like a you know two birds one stone kind of you know concept here but really you know workspaces as a feature is available in Siebel – it is generally available for usage in IP 2016 we actually used workspaces written on the whole development organization to build ib 2016 so you know we have tried and tested it and we have the confidence that it is ready for primetime and we strongly encourage all of you to use this feature even though the option to use local databases and DB extracts and check out and check-ins are still available you know moving to workspaces is a great step forward because of all the advantages that you can get from it but also prepare yourselves for composure which is coming up shortly works with dashboard it's just a you know a list of capabilities that this provides restful interfaces again another building you know foundational building block for for composer as well but really what we've done is we've exposed transnational data repository mint data and business services all through other interface and we've done this an architect resistant such a way that we are using you know j2ee components instead of standard components for respects positions so we are you know in a way that is compliant but also even though it is Java and you know Siebel is a you know C++ you know architecture we have embedded the Java container within within Siebel so that people can manage and configure and you know orchestrate the operations of a java container rather than you have to do it separately outside so it's all embedded it's seamless when you enable when you're in a start-up Siebel your Java containers and your Java objects to enable rest for data services and repository are enabled by default so these are available and you have as access restriction capabilities to control who and access to water and so on and so forth a couple of developer preview items simple composer is one of them in IP 2016 Siebel Composer will still be developer preview but we are working very hard to make that our focus for you know I've 2016 class to to bring composer to GS which is possible we have the building blocks now we have workspaces we have know what startup and know what templates we have the ability to export data and repository through rest interface is what we are what we're working on now is tie them all together to bring what we call in apps live engine starting IP 16 as a Developer Preview which provides us with a few capabilities along the way one of them is parallel configuration which which has been an asked from many of our customers are trying to be able to configure you know a triple play bundle that has three services and you won't want to configure them parallely so this is a feature that has been asked and this ability with us moving away from from my log and using a different technology which enables us to actually use a couple of other technologies as well one is coherence for caching and the second one is I think there's an already mentioned with rest we we are introducing Java containers within Siebel we are leveraging both of these two to help us build out this new integration with twitch act which is the Oracle
