What do you consider 'processed' red meat? The processed meats you referred to were pork based. Thanks!

I knew it was bullshit because there are so many good vitamins in red meat, its processed meat thats the problem but only if you're eating it all the time, now and again is ok.

Excellent video! As always, we should opt for real, whole red meat rather than processed red meat.
Nonetheless, I have to agree that a high unprocessed red meat intake is not a healthy idea either.
I can speak for myself: red meat overeating is unmistakably related to a cup of baking soda afterwards. 🙁

Thanks for this! And I'm happy to hear I'm not the only one who doesn't like the word moderation. I find it too vague, so I appreciate the context with it !

The information provided in this vid is very hard to argue against. A truly well made video that is most likely going to still be valid many years from now.

Looks like Authority Nutrition isn't ready to give up his meat habits or admit that he has been giving wrong advice his whole life. I am certain that he didn't peer review over 800 studies to conclude this like the WHO. Also very disappointing how 'Authority Nutrition' is trying to interpret and pay lip service to the idea that red meat is healthy after it got bombed by the WHO.

I have a real problem with red meat, processed Meat, processed meat & red meat all being treated as the same thing. That stuff they sell at the gas station that they call jerky IS NOT the elk steak in my freezer. I know many people that are Vegan jump up and down and say "enjoy your cancer" because I eat game meat. But would you stop eating spinach if you found that the study saying it was bad for you made no distinction between Spinach grown in your yard and canned cream of spinach soup from the dollar store?
