Wow you're so amazing for rasing our profession that not everyone even recognized…
Hi there. Love the video. I am in my early 30's and I'm interested in going back to school. How many years does it take to finish it and how do you move up in your career? Is there good mobility or can you be stuck as entry level? Thank you!
With the new continuing education standards that are mandatorily imposed upon the radiography community by the human parasites at ARRT…………I think a whole hell of a lot of people are gonna' conclude that Radiology Technology sucks.
Things are only get worse until the parasitic ARRT is shut down once and for all. These people are worse than leaches.
I m from india and …study in last year of radiology in bachelor ……what i can do …after bsc….except job
I just got accepted to a Radiology program this week that I will begin in August. I've had my mind and heart set on this career for years now…thank you for this video.
I'm thinking about radiology, this was extremely helpful. Thank you for putting everything into perspective . I love your channel, now a subscriber.
Fuck you gigantic piece of black shit
Okay, you've dealt with some common issues about why a job sucks, but I feel like there's no specific stuff to Radiology. You've given no specific stuff at all. Other than office drama and bad management, which is common for every other job, I know next to nothing why being a Radiologist sucks.
Thank u . I wanna be like u
my career after high school and college being a radiology tech i want learn im about be a senior graduate at 2020
This year I have graduated with cum laude and I plan to go to college next year I’m thinking about doing for years of college than two years of radiology school I’ve always wanted to be a radiologist technologist since I was 14 and having this extra insight helps
Epic Gamer Moment
Are radiology tech course hard I’m looking into radiology tech school but I’m kind of scared because I’m a ESL student and I don’t know if the courses will be to hard for me.
I respectfully disagree with your opinion on the topic; I don't work was a Rad Tech, but am considering it and I want to hear the good, bad, and the ugly so I can make an informed decision. I don't just want to hear the good, get suckered in, commit myself to the schooling and then first day on the job go why didn't anybody tell me about the crappy parts. I'm the same way with products I buy online, I don't read the positive reviews first, I read the negative ones because the fact that I clicked on the product in the first place means I want to buy it and I have positive blinders on, I need the negative reviews to give me a reality check before I waste my money.
im new one to become rad tech…
your wonderful and it would be a pleasure working with you, i love your outlook and you dear are bringing quality guidance. thank you
I'm studying radiology. First year
It doesn't suck at all
Guys: YOU CANNOT SUPPORT A WIFE AND KIDS WITH XRAY TECH SALARY!
Exactly! Every profession is not for everyone. Just because it didn’t work out for you doesn’t mean it will suck for everyone.
Great video! I am looking at a career change from teaching, going back to school for radiology tech….but, I'm 43. After completing even the minimum of an associates, I'll be 46, since they only admit students once a year. Is that too old to have a solid shot at joining this field? Thanks for sharing!
I was thinking about going toThe X Ray Academy of Texas I was wondering if that's a good choice with out going to a four year college
You are amazing!!!!!!
mobile x-ray is probably something the very least I would recommend for anyone it's a bottom tier job. raises are minimal. you're lucky to get anything some people never get raises. it's ¢.05 or ¢.10 or maybe if you're besties you can get ¢.25. maybe be every year or not. you work in the elements and drive all over the place. promotions are non existent unless you get in with a huge company. and that's a long shot the driving is the worst. it's a good starter job for about 6mobths. get into a hospital learn CT/MRI/CI/IR/NM/VIR/rad therapy or mammo. you make way more money the more letters you have. Mobile x-ray is lowest paid job unless you move to another company that last you more but the elements and driving are what is the worst
I'm also Radiology tech working in cathterrizatoon lab in cardiology department as a technologists I'm interested in work in EUROPE COUNTRY CAN ANYBODY HELP ME TO GUIDE PLEASE
Loved this video! Thoughts on being a Rad Tech vs being a Rad Tech Assistant?
Do you guys ever have to work with needles? I love medical but that's my one drawl away. Can you think of any careers medically that don't deal with needles?
How you gonna form an opinion on a book you haven't read??
Fuck you for posting a video with a title like that I take x-rays for a living. You really don't need to post a title like that just to be controversial for the views. It's inflammatory and disrespectful to the people who work in the field that take pride in their work.
Is a trade school as good as getting associates in traditional college?
I honestly can't wait to get in the field. What state and city is in demand for techs?
A lot of Managers and Supervisors are pieces of shit.
