Yes, but is it bio-degradable? I envision billions of these things washing up on pristine beaches all around the world. Inside the dead bodies of the unfortunate marine animals who unintentionally ingested them. Just kidding… This sh*t is awesome!

There is not much complex about this process. He just says this to sound expensive and cutting edge. This relies upon the most basic of principles.

I can also tell you that this was not an intentional invention when it was created but was rather a tool to gain better understanding. It just turns out it was also practical for this type of application.

I wonder if China is watching this and understands that this technology is going to destroy the current trade model the world is using. Every nation can produce most of what it needs and the only thing that eventually will be traded around the world will be commodities- raw materials and food, none of which China has much of. The same goes for India. The future is going to belong to nations with high resources and low population density. Keep in mind this is at the model T stage but computerization is accelerating this to the Ferrari stage very quickly.

I saw this on TEDx talks. It uses light and oxygen to create 3D printing. It prints model faster, smoother and stronger than any other 3D printing machines. Never used that before but I believe it's the best one for now.

    See this for brief explaining.

After watching this I did a relatively quick search among specific sources and can confidently say that I very strongly suspect how they control the oxygen integration and reaction with these printers. The weight versus geometry issues I imagine that are also inherent with these printers can be relatively easily overcome by the application of equal density liquid buoyancy support.

That's great but what if I want to print using light and/or oxygen? Also, I am not sure I trust sciencey mumbo-jumbo, so is there a version of this printer that functions on the power of Great Engineering™?
