All the technologies you have listed as well will allow humans to integrate physically with robotics as well. And that is already happening.
Intelligence amplification through computing will run along side robotics developments.
The Engineers who develop these robots will have AI assistance at both external and internal brain levels.
The argument for a robot up rising has blurry lines.
