Can i play a video as an overlay based on the selection that i made from the above given option.
HI Paul, thank you very much for your videos, I have a question regarding drag and drop and video. I have a matching scenario where I have items on the left side (3) and the user drags them to the right side (3) where there is only one correct match for each. When the user gets the match wrong I have a custom audio response set up. "sorry try again" etc. BUT when the user gets the match correct I want to trigger a video, and then take the user back to finish up matching the other two options. I have done this using the OBJECT ACTIONS and then pushing to "Open URL or file" It works but the user has to then close the video to get back to the interaction. I am wondering if there is another way to trigger this using STATES, or maybe by sending the user to another slide with the video, which then brings them back to the slide with the original interaction but remembers that they have already made 1 match and there are only 2 left. Any direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Paul
The character reaction state changes are such a neat idea!
I was curious about your thoughts on how often you think learners should have interactions while going through a Captivate file? Is it possible to go over the top with interactions?
I'm assuming every 10-15 minutes or so is best to test knowledge learned, although I'm sure it will depend on the subject matter.
